1. Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Growth)

We offer a **no-questions-asked 7-day refund** on your first billing cycle for any of our monthly or annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial payment.

After the initial 7-day period, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the remainder of the billing period. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.

2. One-Time Payment Plans (Custom/Enterprise)

For our one-time payment plans, the refund policy will be discussed and mutually agreed upon in the project proposal before the work begins, as these projects are highly customized.
